**Job Overview**

Astele Beauty & Wellness is looking for a **skilled and detail-oriented esthetician** to join our team. We specialize in **personalized, high-end skincare treatments**, focusing on long-term skin health rather than quick fixes. Our current services include **advanced facials, microneedling, RF microneedling, and body treatments**, with plans to expand into **laser treatments, RMT, body massage, and medical aesthetic services, including injectables performed by licensed professionals**.

At Astele, **precision, consistency, and client care** are our top priorities. Every treatment is customized to the client’s skin needs, and detailed session records are maintained to ensure ongoing progress and optimal results. We adhere strictly to appointment schedules, and all client communication is handled **exclusively through reception** to maintain professionalism.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Perform **customized facials, extractions, microneedling, and RF microneedling** with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain **detailed client records**, tracking extractions, performed treatments, client concerns, and future recommendations.
- Ensure **consistent service quality** by following structured training protocols.
- Provide **pre and postcare guidance** tailored to each client's skincare needs.
- Work collaboratively with a team that will include **RMTs, acupuncturists, and medical professionals** in the future.
- Strictly adhere to appointment schedules—**rescheduling is only done through reception with client consent**.
- Maintain **strict hygiene and sterilization** standards for all tools and treatment areas.
- Offer **professional treatment and skincare recommendations** without aggressive sales tactics.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Strong expertise in **facials, skincare treatments, extractions, microneedling, and RF microneedling** (training provided to ensure consistency).
- Ability to document and analyze client progress for personalized treatment planning.
- Professionalism and **keen attention to detail** in all aspects of client care.
- Commitment to **maintaining a structured and organized** work environment.
- Excellent **time management** skills and ability to adhere to strict appointment schedules.
- Willingness to **learn and train** under Astele’s high standards for skincare services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
