**Job Title**: Log Yard Wheel Loader Operator

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, weekends if necessary

Antler Creek Contracting Ltd. is currently seeking a skilled Log Yard Wheel Loader Operator to operate a 2015 Cat 980M machine at our facility in the picturesque Meziadin area. This position offers the opportunity to play a vital role in our logging operations and contribute to the efficient management of our log yard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate a 2015 Cat 980M wheel loader to unload/loading logging trucks accurately and efficiently.
- Safely pick up logs from skids and transport them to designated storage areas, adhering to sorting requirements.
- Organize and track different sorts and loads to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the Cat 980M machine and promptly report any issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations to uphold a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating a 2015 Cat 980M wheel loader in a log yard or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of logging operations and equipment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Ability to organize and track different sorts and loads effectively to streamline yard operations.
- Proficiency in conducting routine maintenance checks on the Cat 980M machine.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour
