Currently, Evviva is looking for Cooks (Line cooks/ prep cooks) Please note we are currently looking for cooks with full-time availability.
Essential Functions:
Setting up and stocking food items and other kitchen supplies
Preparing food items according to specified directions
Cooking food items to specified recipes and standards
Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation
Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces
Opening and closing duties as required
Performing back-of-house inventory checks and completing storage logs
**Requirements**:
Current Ontario Food Handler Certification
1-2 years of kitchen experience in fast paced restaurant
