**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable **General Laborer** to join our construction team in Guelph, Ontario. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects by performing physical tasks, assisting skilled tradespeople, and maintaining a safe and organized worksite.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in site preparation and cleanup, including removing debris and setting up tools and equipment.
- Carry and load materials, supplies, and tools to and from worksites.
- Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, drywall installers) with tasks as required.
- Operate basic tools and equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Prior construction or labor experience is an asset but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- **Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of or willingness to learn workplace health and safety protocols.
- **Team Player**: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
- **Reliability**: Punctual, dependable, and motivated to complete tasks efficiently.
- **License**: Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation preferred.
