Your Opportunity:
Amsterdam Products, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a new Sales Support Representative to join the team in Cornwall, Ontario
In this position, you will support existing customers in their promotional product needs and upselling for possible sales You will engage in conversation with the customers and ask questions to determine their specific business needs
Your Responsibilities:
- Contact current customers to upsell products that they might need. Assist with any questions they may have
- Promote Amsterdam's products and services
- Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Meet Sales target goals and phone metric goals monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Utilize our CRM system to document customer order information.
- Provide input and customer feedback on new products or marketing efforts
- Take, enter, process and/or expedite orders
You Must Have:
- Self-motivated and driven attitude
- Positive “can do” attitude and willingness to accept responsibility and constructive feedback
- Attention to detail, alertness, and accuracy
- Strong computer skills and math proficiency
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and learn in a fast paced environment
- Ability to assess situations and problem solve as needed
Your Shift:
- The hours for this position are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
- The position is fully onsite at our office location
