**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Assist in training development for new hires and ongoing staff training initiatives.
- Creation of policy and process manuals as required.
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage contracts to ensure quality service delivery.
- Accurately input and maintain donor, client, and organizational data within Raiser's Edge to ensure records are current and reliable.
- Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, providing exceptional bilingual support and ensuring queries are directed to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate records of technology based inventory, including physical and digital tracking.
- Work with IT and cyber security provider and troubleshoot as required.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Generate reports, summaries, and data insights from Raiser's Edge and fundraising systems to support organizational planning and decision-making.
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems for efficient document retrieval and organization.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in both English and French is required.
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Raisers Edge and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
