Technical Representative for Internal Sales

As a Technical representative for internal sales at Novapex Technologies Inc. you are comfortable selling directly to customers. You must have a good knowledge of the products we offer to enable you to provide technical assistance and to determine which product to offer to create sales opportunities, follow up and close sales.
**KEY FUNCTIONS**:
- Provide pricing and delivery to customers
- Support outside sales
- Verification of delivery
- Generate quotes
- Follow up on deliveries with suppliers
- Find equivalent products
- Develop new customers through telemarketing
- Support the company's marketing strategies
- Develop content
- Animate social networks
- Maintain our CRM system
**REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS**:
- Level of education: College - Electronics or Communications specialty is an asset
- Minimum of 2 years experience in B to B sales
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social networks
- Knowledge of Sage 50 accounting software is an asset
- Knowledge of wireless communications on the network side is an asset
- Language requirements: Spoken languages : English and French
Written languages : English and French
- Salary offered:
