Job Description:
- Greeting clients in a warm positive professional manner
- Book services, coordinate schedule changes or clients and practitioners
- Encourage clients to re-book services and assist in sales of services
- Complete general opening and closing duties
- Inventory, ordering and assist with sales of retail skin care products
- Knowledge of services offered, training will be provided
- Prepare, clean and organize treatment rooms
- Provide exceptional customer care and service
- Compile detailed patient notes
Other qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of Microsoft suite, Gmail, Mac OS, IG, additional knowledge of Jane booking software is an asset
Part time shift work including evenings and weekends - Must be available Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays
Ability to be self-sufficient, be a self starter and able to work with a team
Must have keen interest in the medical aesthetics industry
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
