A well-established dental practice in North Vancouver is seeking a Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join their team. Renowned for delivering comprehensive dental care to the local community, the practice offers a welcoming and professional environment. The team consists of experienced professionals committed to providing high-quality services to patients of all ages. Equipped with modern technology, the practice enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of dental procedures, ensuring optimal patient care.

Schedule:

Mondays through Fridays40 hours per week8AM - 5:30PMOne hour lunch breakMay vary slightly depending on business needs

Main responsibilities: 

Greet patients warmly and professionally  Manage incoming phone calls and emails  Schedule and confirm appointments  Submit pre-determinations and follow up with insurance providers  Prepare and present estimates for complex treatment plans  Collect and process patient payments  Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Compensation: 

$31-$36 per hourDental Care Benefits

Requirements:
