Our growing local based Irrigation Company has exciting opportunities for enthusiastic Service Scheduler & Administrative Support Team Member(s) to join our dynamic team. These full time (seasonal) positions are well suited to an individual that is customer service oriented and will thrive in a supportive workplace.

**General Job Description**
- Communicate with clients to schedule service appointments from spring to fall
- Answer, manage and route client phone calls
- Maintain open communication with field staff/service technicians in order to ensure efficient personalized service to our clients
- Provide general administrative support where needed to the Service Department such as but not limited to assisting with Accounts Receivable

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Ability to work productively in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS programs especially Word and Outlook
- Ability to work well with others and independently
- Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
- Effective problem solving skills
- Knowledge of irrigation or construction trades is advantageous but not essential

**Work Environment**
- Easy going but professional work environment
- Free parking and transit accessible
- Hours 8:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
