Managing a scheduling team, your responsibilities include ensuring vessels and shore facilities are adequately crewed; establishing and interpreting policies and agreements; budget preparation and monitoring; monitoring crew profiles and ship deployment; office systems implementation, and liaising with all levels of staff to provide advice relating to crewing issues. You have a post-secondary diploma or degree in Business or Human Resources / Labour Relations Management and 5-7 years progressive experience in a large unionized environment. You are proficient with MS Office and adapt easily to other software systems.
