You will be a Data Analyst on the TJ Sales Operations and Performance team, within the Business Analysis and Reporting team. You are responsible for setting targets and goals in the upcoming months/quarters and tracking results for the TJ Sales Team and all products of our portfolio, as well as designing, analyzing, and showcasing data and sales results to key stakeholders. Following the Accounting monthly and weekly reporting cycle, a keen focus on financial impact and performance within sales.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Collaborate to design, build, maintain, analytics dashboards using data visualization tools (Power BI) to continuously analyze product performance.
- Prescriptive analytics: Analyze data and provide recommendations on how to optimize business practices to suit multiple predicted outcomes
- Present clear and consistent reports to the Senior Leadership team the results of the campaigns, sales performance, and recommended optimizations
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's data assets and identify opportunities for improvements and development.
- Work with sales partners to provide insights from the data and drive positive growth opportunities for sales.

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must haves**:

- Professional experience: 2+ years in a similar key role
- Advanced analytical skills and experience working with data teams and dashboards
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to clearly communicate results and to define next steps to the department and company
- Bachelor or Master's in business, Statistics, Actuarial Finance or Mathematics, or any relevant STEM/Finance/Accounting background.
- Strong understanding of Business and Statistics is important as well as Business experience, knowledge of accounting cycle and process.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Required (Pivot Tables, Experience with Cubes, Data Analysis Toolpack, graphs)
- SQL, Power BI

- Python
- Cloud experience w/ Azure and/or Looker
