_**We are seeking a strong DISPATCHER to join our team on-site APPLY NOW**_
- Do you have the ability to work under pressure along with a knack for problem-solving while capable of dealing with information from multiple sources and acting accordingly? You are customer service oriented, well mannered, professional and detail oriented, have excellent computer skills and enjoy working with people._

You are responsible to coordinate the activities of **taxi/limo/shuttle drivers**, maintain communication with divers and customers, and ensure all the necessary details are communicated to both parties in a timely and effective manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer all lines and assist customers, drivers and other divisions.
- Schedule assignments & coordinate activities of multiple drivers and equipment.
- Monitor drivers check in’s/check out’s during shifts.
- Accurately records and documents information from customers and/or drivers.
- Process payments received (handling cash, Point of Sale machines).
- Sorting and filing of documents, entering information into various systems.
- Perform any other general duties as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- **Previous Transportation dispatching is an asset.**:

- **Call Centre experience is a huge asset.**:

- Ability to read instructions, follow written policies and procedures and take direction.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain concentration and mental alertness in a variety of situations.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining great attention to details.
- Knowledge of street and road systems in Edmonton and surrounding areas

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
