**Responsibilities**:

- Monday-Friday 9am-1pm
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Manage couriers and drivers.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
- Take and track payments from clients accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain client records and update information in our database.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail handling.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure the front office is neat and presentable.
- Support the team with various tasks and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
