**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Experience in sales and business development is a must Entrepreneurial experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated and successful ability to lead, motivate, hold accountable, develop, direct and achieve target results.
- Assionate about new market development and driven by a spirit of challenge.
