Technical Project Manager - Robotic Deployments

**Calgary, AB** | ~30% Travel (North America)

At MicroWatt, we’re not just deploying robots — we’re transforming how industries operate. As the North American partner of **ANYbotics**, **ExRobotics**, and **Nexxis**, we’re expanding our offering to meet a **diverse range of industrial requirements** across oil & gas, mining, and heavy industry.

2026 will be a breakthrough year: multiple **autonomous robotics deployments** are already on the books. Now we’re looking for a **Technical Project Manager** who thrives on field execution, client engagement, and team-building — someone ready to bring the next generation of intelligent robotics to life.

What You’ll Do
- **Lead deployments** of world-class robots in industrial facilities across North America (30% travel).
- **Be the bridge** between cutting-edge robotics and our clients — making autonomy real on the ground.
- **Build & mentor** Calgary’s robotics service/deployment team from the ground up.
- **Coordinate projects** end-to-end: timelines, client communications, and technical resources.
- Support integration of payloads like thermal, acoustic, and NDT/UT inspection systems.
- Champion safety, compliance, and smart documentation practices.

What You Bring
- Technical background in robotics, mechatronics, or related engineering.
- Working-level knowledge of **robotics programming** (ROS, Python, or similar).
- Strong **project management** and **client-facing** skills — you love delivering results.
- Leadership ability to **build and grow a technical team**.
- Bonus skills:

- NDT/UT inspection or industrial inspection tech
- Drone experience
- UL/Ex-rated manufacturing knowledge (we can train you here)

Compensation
- **Base**: CAD $110,000 - $135,000 (depending on experience)
- **Bonus**: 10-20% (linked to deployments & milestones)
- **Perks**: Full benefits, travel allowances, certification sponsorships (e.g., NDT, drone, Ex-rated training)

Pay: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
