**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising day to day operations and plan menu of restaurant each month.
- Serving customer and making food order
- Supervising and explaining performance standards of Dairy Queen brand to all.
- Assigning and coordinating duties to in a shift to promote efficiency of operations; offer suggestions and new ideas to improve customer experience.
- Create record of inventory of all materials and place an order for fulfill inventory requirements.
- Maintain record of waste in a morning and evening shift.
- Review and finalize weekly schedule of crews and manage position of absent crew member during shift.
- Providing high quality of customer service by following the company standard.
- Calmly solve fan complaints and embrace Dairy Queen’s service recovery standards.
- Supervising and providing training to new/less experienced team members for handling their roles and responsibilities.
- Ensuring all crew members follow the health and safety guidelines of Dairy Queen in the food preparation area by regularly maintaining a high standard of quality control, hygiene, and sanitation.

**Work experience & Skill**:
Must have minimum 1 year experience in Food industry.

Must have good organization skill and communication skill

Must have good management skill

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
