**Almar Real Estate Group | Burlington, ON (Hybrid)**

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Earnings**: From $100,000+ per year (performance-based)

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up consistently with leads and clients
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations
- Assist buyers with searches, showings, and offers
- Price and market seller listings effectively
- Negotiate offers to achieve strong client outcomes
- Maintain accurate records using team systems and software
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
- Deliver a high standard of client service

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Ontario Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time commitment to real estate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident with clients
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and team-first mindset

Preferred Areas of Service

Agents who live in or want to work in:
Hamilton, Burlington, Halton, Niagara, Brantford, Haldimand, and Norfolk.
