**Note - Oil and Gas Domain experience is required**
- 5+ Years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong background in working with Product Owners to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Proven experience working with agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with requirements management and documentation.
- Desirable to have experience in Power Optimization in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Preferable to have knowledge of Oil and Gas industry standards and processes, particularly those related to operational efficiency, power optimization and sustainability.
- Good to have certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA or equivalent).
- Good to have knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools and familiarity with process modelling tools (e.g. Vision).
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $55,943.70-$120,220.86 per year
