As a Coordinator of Pharmacy Professional Services, you'll play a vital role in driving the execution of key pharmacy programs and initiatives across the region. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Pharmacy District Managers and Category Management to bring national strategies to life at the store level, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of services and inventory support.

**Here’s where you’ll be focusing**:
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will:

- Be responsible for the analysis, planning, launch, implementation support, execution, and evaluation of Pharmacy programs and services designed to drive sales growth.
- Take accountability for advancing pharmacy program priorities and content in collaboration with key stakeholders, including Marketing, Category Management, and Digital Transformation.
- Manage the vaccine program end-to-end, including supply coordination, communication with wholesalers and external partners, and providing support to Pharmacy Stores.
- Represent the Sobeys National Pharmacy Group by establishing and maintaining relationships with external partners, in collaboration with members of the Pharmacy Categories and Programs team.
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with local and national pharmaceutical supply partners, in coordination with the Pharmacy Category Managers, to support program initiatives and ensure effective store-level execution.
- Keep project management efforts on track to support the successful design and development of pharmacy programs.
- Collaborate with internal Sobeys stakeholders beyond the SNPG—such as Customer Experience, OTC, and Wellness teams—to further leverage and integrate pharmacy programs.

**What you have to offer**:
Your resume should highlight:

- A minimum of a high school diploma; post-secondary education is preferred.
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Assistant is preferred.
- 5+ years recent experience working in a healthcare environment.
- A proactive attitude with a comfort level in taking on new and evolving challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required (approximately 10%).
