**Position Description**: Full-Time Store Supervisor position
**Responsibilities**:
- Develops positive relationships and lead the team
- Responsible of writing schedule based on sales forecast and monthly targets
- Provides the best knowledge of our freshly baked products to all customers, including ingredients, process of baking and pay special attention to customers with food allergies.
- Provides quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Follow the rules and quality standards to bake and prepare fresh pastries in store.
- Ensure store is ready for business before it opens. (i.e.: Sanitize work area, set up stations, preparation and stocking of station, etc.).
- Perform proper store closure routine according to Company’s standards. (i.e.: Sanitize work area, close up stations, properly wrap all food items, etc.).
- Responsible for training new staff, setting new standards and following up with entire Team.
- Attend and participate in weekly meeting with HQ.
