**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Training Specialist** to join our Toxicology team located in **Laval**.

**How will you have an impact**

As a Training Specialist, you will train technical staff related to Animal Health. Your contribution will ensure the health of our animals, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.

**Salary**:

- To discuss, depending on the experience
- Weekend premium: $2.50 added to your hourly rate
- After 37,5 h: Overtime paid at time and a half
- Holiday: Paid at double time
- Annual bonus based on performance

**Full-Time Schedule**:

- Mostly day shifts, depending on the needs we may have to do weekend and holidays rotations.

**What will you work on?**

You will be called to **do the training** related to animal room cleaning, contention methods, data recording such as body weight and clinical signs. You will also have to **guide and support** less experienced employees and trainers, **ensure good communication** with the supervisors and other departments. Finally, you will have to **ensure the integrity of the studies** and fulfill the regulatory agencies requirements by performing the activities according to the Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
