Personal Trainer

**Duties**:

- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout programs for clients
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits to promote overall wellness
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

**Requirements**:

- Certification in personal training from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt workout plans to accommodate clients with different fitness levels and abilities
- CPR/AED certification
- Prior experience working as a personal trainer is preferred, but not required

Pay: $16.00-$35.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
