The Customer Service Representative Lead is responsible for processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service.

**Job Duties**:
- Greet and assist customers in a manner that models exemplary conduct to other staff.- Opens customer accounts by recording account information
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem- Make sure all customer queries are addressed and handled professionally, leaving the customer with a positive resolution.- Processes customer adjustments correctly and in a timely manner- Build team commitment to high standards of service, exceeding Customer expectations and leading by example-
- Creatively address merchandise displays in windows, showcases, and on the sales floor to attract attention and promote sales-
- Conduct one-on-one and/or small group training presentations for Associates on product knowledge, store activities, and established policies and procedures-
- Use selling techniques such as add on sales and describing technical information to customers to enhance salesmanship and reach store and position sales goals; use these techniques to train other employees- Assist the store manager in ensuring that the functions and operations of the store are run in a proper fashion.- Lead with high energy, positivity and represent Healthy Planet Store with pride-
- Work in collaboration with Store Management to help develop a team through our core values and cultural platforms.-
- Motivate and inspire Team Members to exceed daily/monthly/quarterly goals.-
- Contribute to crushing team goals-
- Collaborate with Store Management to provide coaching and constructive feedback to Team Members.-
- Ensure all store operations are completed effectively and efficiently, including opening and closing procedures.-
- Ensure store is visually beautiful, clean and well-stocked.- Performs other general duties assigned

**Requirements & Must Haves**:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)-
- Minimum 3 yrs experience for a team lead and 5 years experience for supervisors; with a background in retail and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- Minimum 3+ years’ retail or customer service management experience (Keyholder at minimum)
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements- Experience leading & motivating retail teams and proven track record of exceptional customer service strongly preferred-
- Driven to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectations-
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers-
- Able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment-
- Proven ability to plan, set and achieve goals-
- Be a self-starter and use good judgment in all situations-
- Excellent verbal, written English and interpersonal communication skills-
- Open availability and flexibility to work as per the needs of the businessAbility to train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.-
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
