**Mission**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
- Promote open sales positions through platforms like Indeed and others; manage the recruitment process including interviews and onboarding of new sales representatives.
- Lead daily meetings to communicate critical updates from partners, such as new offers or process changes.
- Ensure high sales quality by maintaining top-level KPI performance and minimizing complaints and infractions.
- Support business expansion by mentoring team members into leadership roles, including Assistant Manager and assisting in the opening of new offices.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and customer interactions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, technical sales, account management, and negotiation
- Field Sales experience
- Managing and coaching a sales teams in the field.
- Experience in hiring procress.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
- Experience in technology sales ( Sales force)
