- Identifying the need for and ensuring the development, revision and maintenance of US company processes, documentation, and practices and ensuring the necessary infrastructure and resources are in place
- Creating project schedules and proactively communicating status updates to leadership and other internal and external parties as needed
- Sourcing, securing and managing new vendor relationships, contracts, and performance
- Identifying and working with stakeholders to solve project issues, finding causes and suggesting corrective/preventative actions; working to resolve and/or escalate to leadership any deviations (or potential deviations) from plans

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience as a proven project manager
- Strong computer skills, including above-average knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

**Assets**
- Experience successfully managing all aspect of international expansion (specifically US) would be a considerable asset
- Willingness to travel to the United States
