Store Manager/sales Associate

- Manage the sales operations of the store, playing a key role in growing the business.
- Build relationships with our customers in order to provide exceptional customer service and achieve top line sales with strong merchandising and product knowledge.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered.
- Responsible for ordering supplies and merchandise for local inventory.
- Collaborate with transport teams to ensure timely shipping and delivery of merchandise to customers.
- Investigating, resolving and escalating customer issues as appropriate
- Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, welcoming, and visually appealing store
- Maximize our social media reach and engagement by sharing and promoting content via local store Facebook and Instagram channels.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience.
- Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision.
- Answer incoming phone calls & Respond to general telephone inquiries from customers.
- General clerical work and other administrative functions as required to support office areas
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by management.

**Skills required**:

- Bilingual
- Fluent in French and English
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Positive Attituede
- Able to troubleshoot issues, anticipate problems and make logical decisions
- Must be a team player with good initiative and prioritization skills, capable of working under pressure and independently.
- Self-motivated

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
