**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized activity.
- Operate CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to ensure comprehensive coverage of premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations as necessary.
- Enforce security policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service to all individuals on site.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks and implementing corrective measures.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during emergencies or investigations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is advantageous.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and practices is a plus.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during shifts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, clients, and law enforcement personnel.
