**Position: Project Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Implement project schedule, and budget.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identify and address issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Prepare and present project reports as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or post-secondary in construction management, engineering, or related field is an asset.
- Proven experience in construction project management.
- 5+years of construction experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and staff.
- Resilient problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation **is a must**.

**Full-time position days may include weekends, and overtime as needed.**

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary based on experience between $65,000 and $75,000 annually.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
