**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules while ensuring thoroughness.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and any issues encountered.
- Handle heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs or upkeep of equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while using power tools and hand tools during cleaning processes.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for various cleaning duties.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
