**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete cleaning tasks and minor maintenance duties.
- Conduct facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients regarding cleaning services.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas, including restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, such as moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous custodial experience or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
