At **Family Physiotherapy**, we’re looking for a **part-time Patient Experience Lead** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about keeping things running smoothly while ensuring every patient feels supported in completing their treatment journey.

**Hours**:

- Tuesday (3:00-7:30) and Friday (2:00-7:00 PM) afternoon/evenings
- Flexibility for additional weekday coverage as needed

**What You’ll Do**:

- Be the welcoming face and voice of the clinic — greeting patients, managing the front desk, scheduling, billing and communication.
- Keep treatment plans on track by supporting patients to complete their care journey.
- Organize day-to-day operations and schedules to help keep everything running efficiently.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and the team to deliver a seamless, top-tier patient experience.

- A strong communicator who enjoys building rapport.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking.
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems and processes.
- Experienced in either administration, customer service, or sales (an asset).
- Thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
