**Position**: Full-Time
**Location**: Vaughan, ON

We are seeking a highly skilled **310T Truck & Coach Mechanic** with a valid **MVIS Inspector Certification** to join our growing team as a **Heavy Duty Truck Repair Supervisor**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise day-to-day operations in the truck repair shop.
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks.
- Conduct safety inspections and issue MTO Safety Standards Certificates.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to junior technicians and apprentices.
- Ensure compliance with Skilled Trades Ontario, MTO, and company safety standards.
- Manage workflow to maximize productivity and quality of service.

**Qualifications**
- Valid **310T Truck & Coach Mechanic Certificate of Qualification (C of Q)**.
- Valid **MVIS Inspector Certification**.
- 3+ years of hands-on heavy-duty truck repair experience.
- Previous supervisory or lead-hand experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
