**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Identify and connect with key decision makers within targeted leads to initiate sales process
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop strategic sales approaches
- Convert outbound calls into sales opportunities
- Overcome objections of prospective customers
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits
- Prepare proposals for potential clients
- Support organizational efforts to build brand awareness and retain accounts

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS**
- Four-year degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has sold to the Education sector previously (high school districts is a big plus).
- Initiative demonstrated through professional accomplishments, extra-curricular activities, or volunteer activities
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
- Power to grasp new concepts quickly
- Ability to travel as needed (about 10% of the time)

School districts that implement our programs give students an opportunity to participate in hands-on training in one of the following healthcare professions: Pharmacy Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Billing and Coding, Patient Care Technician, Medical Assistant, Foundations of Health Science and Veterinary Assistant. Pay: $27.93-$43.63 per hour
