**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes.
- Support cooking staff by preparing ingredients and ensuring that all necessary items are ready for meal service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure that all food is handled correctly and safely.
- Help with serving meals during peak hours to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and a positive work environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food handling and safety.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods is a plus.
- Basic Knowledge of using knives and cutting equipment (meat slicer)
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
