**Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans and manage resources effectively.
- Work closely with clients to identify their specific IT & cybersecurity needs, and translate those needs into project requirements.
- Communicate project progress to clients and internal stakeholders regularly, ensuring that expectations are managed appropriately.
- Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans where necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
- Ensure project deliverables are of high quality and meet the agreed-upon standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivering cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience working with retail clients, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the retail industry.
- Understanding of IT & cybersecurity principles, technologies, and standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Previous work in a multicultural environment
- English required / French is a plus
