This part-time role (20-40 hours) requires navigating challenging environments and tight spaces while maintaining a strong focus on customer service. Embrace a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturday shifts and local work only.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate end dump trucks safely and efficiently in the demolition industry, working closely with excavators and other heavy equipment.
- Skillfully maneuver trailers in confined spaces, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Load and unload end dump trailers at various locations, coordinating with on-site personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform thorough pre
- and post-trip inspections of trucks and equipment, reporting any maintenance or repair issues in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions for their unique needs.
- Accurately maintain records of driving activities, hours of service, equipment maintenance, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with dispatch and fellow team members to optimize routes and schedules for efficient and timely service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 1 driver's license
- Strong interpersonal skills for delivering excellent customer service
- Minimum 1-year experience operating Class 1 vehicles (required)
- Experience navigating trailers in limited spaces and working with heavy equipment
