**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems such as Epic or Dentrix.
- Verify patient information and insurance details prior to appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a medical office or dental office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and managing front desk responsibilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and administrative functions is essential.
- Experience with electronic medical records systems such as Epic or Dentrix is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.
