Position Overview
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of finance, systems, and strategic transformation. This role is not just about technical tools, it’s ideal for someone who’s passionate about improving corporate processes, influencing stakeholders, and driving cross-functional initiatives that unlock smarter, faster decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and design process improvements
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and user acceptance testing for finance and procurement systems
- Conduct financial and operational analysis to support strategic decisions
- Drive change management and project delivery across transformation initiatives
- Support contract management, vendor governance, and procurement workflows
- Contribute to enterprise risk management, including risk identification and reporting
- Maintain clear documentation to align stakeholders across finance and compliance

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business analysis, finance transformation, or consulting
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, procurement, and risk management
- Ability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional projects, and present insights to executives
- Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred); technical fluency is a plus, but not the focus
- Certifications like PMP, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma are highly valued
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred

**Reporting to**: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
