**Incident Response Recovery Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and key stakeholders, providing leadership in incident response and recovery.
- Organize and prioritize daily and weekly recovery tasks based on business requirements, ensuring adherence to security best practices.
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) on project tasks, status updates, issues, and escalations.
- Promote and implement industry best practices in incident response, cybersecurity analysis, and case management.
- Oversee the security viability, manageability, and operational stability of IT services during recovery and restoration phases.
**Must have knowledge and experience**:
- Expertise in Dell and/or VMware products.
- Proven experience in incident response.
- Strong background in security practices.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites on short notice.
