Cornerstone Counselling is looking for a **Data Analyst **to join our Edmonton team this summer.

This posting is for a 16-week, 37.5 hour per week temporary full-time position. Continuation on a part-time basis may be available in the fall. Hours are flexible and hybrid/remote work is available.
**Responsibilities May Include**:
- Assisting with the data gathering, analyzation and reporting processes for Cornerstone’s various clinical program outcome measures.
- Providing ongoing updates and reports on trends and patterns in data sets.
- Assisting the Research Analyst with ongoing data collection and reporting.
- Assisting practitioners with the completion of surveys and outcome measures by leaving weekly reminders and tracking completions.
- Keeping important information and documents organized electronically.
- Assisting the People & Programs Specialist with the creation of new survey tools for employee, community, and clinical programs.
- Administering and analyzing internal and external surveys with Survey Monkey.
- Collaborating with other members of the Development team for grants and funding requests; researching and supplying supporting data.
- Assisting with collection, analysis and reporting of data for grant reports.
- Presenting and communicating research results in an approachable and understandable way for staff, community members, and funders.
- Researching current literature on various topics to support material creation for upcoming workshops and programs.
- Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
**Qualifications and Requirements**.
- This role is open to youth between the ages of 18 - 30 years old.
- Some experience with statistics, and familiarity with SPSS or a similar statistical software suite is required.
- Experience with some of the following tools is an asset: Survey Monkey, Microsoft Access, Typeform, Jane clinic management software
- Excellent detail orientation and analytical skills.
- Solid multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Technical skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 programs.
