Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) is an industry-leading transportation and midstream provider specializing in transportation, storage, processing and marketing solutions for crude oil and natural gas liquids (NGLs). **Responsibilities**:

- Analyze rail fleet data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain fleet performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless fleet operations
- Maintain all GeoMetrix updates and ensure fleet is not dwelling or incurring additional costs; work directly with Scheduling team on any fleet issues that may arise
- Optimize routing and scheduling to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Work with leasing companies to ensure all repairs, tank qualifications, and stencils are entered into their internal systems, and then coordinated with Plains and third-party facilities
- Resolve freight invoice accounting issues
- Create and maintain rail price curves and rail logistic deals in RightAngle
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Maintain, grow, and support relationships with both leasing companies as well as railroads

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in fleet operations or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Knowledge of fleet management software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks
