Community Giving Coordinator

We’re looking for a passionate and people-driven Community Giving Coordinator to join our team. This person will play a key role in growing EmpowHERto’s donor base, maintaining strong relationships with current supporters, and ensuring prospective donors understand the impact their contributions have on the young women we serve. If you’re a natural relationship builder with a heart for community impact and a love for meaningful conversations — we want you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential individual, corporate, and community donors.
- Schedule and attend virtual meetings to introduce EmpowHERto’s mission and donor opportunities.
- Manage and update donor databases and contact lists.
- Assist in planning donor appreciation campaigns and small engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Development and Communications team to align on messaging and outreach strategy.
- Track outreach activities and report progress monthly.
- A people person with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in community outreach, fundraising, sales, or partnerships is a plus.
- Comfortable reaching out to new contacts and building relationships.
- Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups and deadlines independently.
- Passionate about creating opportunities for girls and young women in underserved communities.
