**工作职责：**

全力协同新门店开业建设、商品陈列、货品调度等工作。

负责仓库内所有物品的管理，确保存货量和物品种类的准确性和完整性。

负责货物卸货、入库与出库，并制作相关出库单与入库单。

与其他门店库管配合完成商品调库，并制作调库单。

与店长及时沟通，给门店订单与网上订单及时备货与发货。

监控物品库存情况，完成日常补货。

对库存进行周期性盘点，确保物品库存和记录的准确性，并根据需要进行调整。

负责维护仓库的设备和工具，确保安全使用，并随时保持仓库整洁和有序。

协助店长接待客人，介绍产品，并制作销售单等少量文书工作。

协助店长完成展示厅商品的摆放。

直接向店长汇报工作，与采购部紧密沟通优化仓储模式。

**任职要求：**

身体素质良好，需要经常搬运或移动货物。

具有较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与员工和其他部门保持良好的工作关系。

具有相关的仓库管理工作经验或熟悉仓库管理相关法规和流程者优先考虑。

具有良好的计划和执行能力，能够有效整理多种货物。

会使用excel等办公软件。

具备基础英语沟通和文字能力优先。

有加拿大驾照。

能在加拿大合法工作。

**待遇：**

22元/时+ 年终绩效奖金

年假福利。工作满1年后，有带薪年假，每年可增加2周。工作满3年后，可增加至3周，6年后可增加至4周。

**Full Job Description**:
GreenLife Inc is looking for a highly motivated individual to be part of our team. We are one of the leading suppliers of Spa, Salon, and Aesthetic products in the GTA. Since our established in 2011, GreenLife has been contributing to local aesthetic communities by providing high-quality aesthetic supplies and equipment. Our featured massage tables, facial beds, and barber chairs have become the most popular products all over Canada. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be an important member of our store, managing goods, organizing the warehouse, responsible for the entry and exit of goods, and assisting the store manager in daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Cooperate fully with new store opening construction, product display, product scheduling, etc.

Responsible for the management of all items in the warehouse, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the quantity and types of goods.

Responsible for the unloading, inbound, and outbound of goods, and issuing relevant outbound and inbound paperwork.

Cooperate with other warehouse specialists to complete the goods transfer between stores and issue the related transfer paperwork.

Communicate actively with store manager to ensure timely stocking and delivery for retail store orders and online orders.

Monitor the inventory and complete daily replenishment.

Conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of inventory in the inventory system and adjust as needed.

Responsible for maintaining the equipment and tools in the warehouse, ensuring safe use, and keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.

Assist the store manager in greeting customers, introducing products, and preparing the related sales documents.

Assist the store manager in organizing the products in the showroom and replenish the products on the shelves in time.

Report to the store manager directly and communicate closely with the supply chain department to optimize the storage methods.

**Requirements**:
Great physical fitness, able to lift or move goods frequently.

Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to maintain good working relationships with colleagues.

Good planning and execution ability, able to effectively organize a variety of goods based on regulations.

Able to use office software such as Excel.

Legally valid Canadian driver's license is needed.

Able to legally work in Canada
