Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Back of House Team Member to join our restaurant team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and food preparation areas. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and guidelines
- Ensure food is stored, handled, and prepared safely and in accordance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating supplies
- Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Follow proper procedures for handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene throughout the restaurant
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)
