Very Organized - there will be lots going on so you need to know where everything is

Strong attention to detail - working with numbers and cash so super important

Not afraid to ask questions - lots to learn so you need to be good with questions

Takes initiative - if you see something that needs to be done or fixed you need to do it

Team player - we spend the majority of our time at work, it is much better if we are good to each other

Merchandising - it would be an advantage to be able to work the cash and merchandise
