This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community while working with a dynamic and supportive pharmacy team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day pharmacy operations with a focus on exceptional patient careLead, mentor, and schedule a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistantsEnsure compliance with regulatory, legal, and professional standardsManage pharmacy inventory, ordering, and budget-related responsibilitiesDeliver and expand clinical services, including immunizations and medication reviewsFoster a positive work culture aligned with our mission and valuesCollaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to support wellness initiativesQualificationsLicensed and in good standing as a pharmacist in Nova ScotiaStrong clinical knowledge and interest in patient care servicesSuperior healthcare service.
