The role of the District Manager is to maximize business - recognize opportunities, develop your people, share the vision and propel the Pseudio and Envy + Grace brands Our leaders foster an environment that embodies our customer service strategy and delivers our people first culture with every interaction.
**What will you do?**
- Key player in the launching of new Ontario locations
- Oversee the hiring process of all stores in your district - recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding and training Store Managers. Working with them to ensure they’re able to build a dynamic team of their own
- Generate business by evaluating and implementing strategies to impact all aspects of your district
- Motivating your teams to go above and beyond
- provide them with the vision and empower them to achieve their goals
- Act as key support for your district, acting as daily support for stores
- Tour district regularly, ensuring customer service and operational standards are being met, implement key strategies, provide feedback on strengths and opportunities
- Identify and determine solutions on district opportunities - people, product, merchandising, operations, physical store improvements, marketing and brand awareness
- Ensure all loss prevention, operation and inventory control standards and processes are being met in all locations
- Work closely with our Buying Team to ensure we are identifying and implementing the correct product needs in this market
- Work closely with our VP of Sales to build the Ontario business and propel our teams into success
**Who are you?**
- 5+ years of Retail Management experience - overseeing multiple locations in a fashion retail clothing environment
- Strong business acumen and a track record of maximizing sales and customer satisfaction
- Experienced in recruitment, hiring, on-boarding and performance management
- Experienced in opening & launching new locations
- Ability to coach and develop management and take them to the next level
- Must be a LEADER in all aspects
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset, able to implement new strategies and training plans
- looking to be a part of the growth and development of the overall business
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to make sound business decisions and act with a sense of urgency
