Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of contents against purchase orders or invoices
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing products securely and labeling them appropriately
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management system (WMS) or other tracking software
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to shipments or inventory
**Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and calculations
- Ability to accurately pick orders according to customer specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy packages
