Operators for Vacuum Trucks

**Overview** Looking for someone for our team that is reliable with a good work ethic. Experience with operating 18 speed manual trucks is needed - everything else of the job is trainable through our mentorship program. We offer a competitive wage, benefits package, paid shop time, and regular bonuses. **Responsibilities** - Operate and drive trucks to location - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance - Clean tanks, transfer fluids, haul fluids to disposal, connecting and disconnecting 4" hoses - Conduct hazard assessments before every job - Communicate effectively with team members as well as oilfield workers - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road - Perform basic maintenance such as filling coolant, oil etc. - Adhere to all company policies, procedures and Safe Work Practices - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Ability to work within a team and follow directions - Physically fit in order to enter confined spaces and clean tanks - Operate vacuum truck controls - Ability to understand hotsy/boiler operations **Qualifications** - Valid Class 1 Drivers License (preferred) or Class 3 - Relatively Clean commercial drivers abstract - Basic automotive repair skills is an asset - Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. - Ability to navigate using GPS systems and maps effectively - LSD # /Lease Locator App - Must have CSO, First Aid, and H2S upon hire - Must speak English fluently All team members leave from our Shop in Edgar Industrial to head out to location in and around the Red Deer area.
